Intuitively guided, deeply relaxing Swedish based massage with varying pressure based on your comfort. Each session's intention is to address areas of tension and restriction, to improve mobilization and energy flow.
Depending on your body's needs and your treatment goals, we may integrate deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, myo- fascial release, joint mobilization, cupping (decompression therapy) , neuro muscular re-education, shiatsu, thai massage techniques and/or acupressure.

Tanya is an experienced Massage Therapist since 2005 and a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher who is devoted to providing relaxation, relief and recovery for the whole person. Her approach to bodywork is compassionate, educated and intuitive.
